Beyond First Impressions: Navigating Perceptions in the Workplace

How do others see us, and how do their perceptions influence us at work? Join Dr. Mateo Cruz for an interactive conversation exploring how stereotypes and assumptions drive workplace interactions, opportunities, and relationships, and what we can do in response. In this research-based presentation, you will consider how stereotype awareness can help you communicate more effectively, navigate professional environments with confidence, and become a more thoughtful colleague and leader.

Along the way, you’ll get a taste of the engaging, discussion-driven learning you can expect in Bentley’s MS in Management program, where you’ll build the business skills and perspective to navigate the workplace and launch your career with confidence.
